Three Chord’s Whiskey Drummer 15-year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel proof. There are only a total of 2,500 bottles produced from small lots of barrels. On the nose is sweet, rich and deep. Hints of dark fruit, vanilla, caramel and mature oak are noticeable. On the palate, the first sip has an oily viscosity. Dark fruit, toasted oak, and a faint nuttiness are present. The finish is long and pleasant.
