Arrogant Bastard Whiskey – Arrogant Bastard Whiskey is bold, uncompromising, aggressive, intense, and subliminally sublime. It is made by distilling Arrogant Bastard Ale and aging it in 30-gallon barrels for 26 months. The smaller-than-usual barrel size should yield a more mature-tasting whiskey than its age would otherwise suggest. A typical bourbon barrel holds 53 U.S. gallons, so the smaller barrel means more whiskey will be in direct contact with oak.
