Cask Strength Emerald Giant Rye Whiskey is a blend of 4 to 6-year old Ryes distilled from 94% Rye, 5% Malted Barley, and 1% Wheat mash bill, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 116.4 proof (58.2% ABV). Cask Strength Emerald Giant is described as having aromas of “delicate herbal tea, soft cinnamon, and dried orange peel,” with a “vicious” palate exhibiting notes of “Earl Grey tea, dark chocolate, and coffee beans,” concluding with a “warm spice finish.”
